2017 Bldg Dept Fee Schedule Changes

Please note that there are changes to the Building Department Fee Schedule implemented for 2017.  The new Fee Schedule can be found under  LINKS or "Applications" link on the Building Department webpage.  All application fees can be paid by cash, check made payable to the Town of New Paltz or the following credit cards as a form of payment for all transaction types in person only: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express

Convenience Fees apply to all credit card transactions. 

Transaction amounts up to $113.00 are assessed a fee of $3.00.

Transaction amounts over $113.00 are assessed a fee of 2.65%.
