Annual Town Stormwater Report Available for Public Review and Comment
TOWN OF NEW PALTZ
NOTICE OF ANNUAL PUBLIC MEETING
ON THE TOWN MS4 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Notice is hereby given that the Town MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) Stormwater Management Program Annual Report will be presented at the July 1, 2021 regular public meeting of the Town Board , held via videoconference commencing at 7:00 PM. The purpose of this public meeting is to encourage public discussion and participation regarding its stormwater quality and the administration of the Town’s MS4 Stormwater Management Program.
The agenda for this meeting will:
1. Present a brief summary of the accomplishments of the Stormwater Management Program;
2. Afford interested persons the opportunity to make oral statements concerning the Stormwater Management Program
3. Accept and consider of relevant written materials that interested persons submit concerning the Stormwater Management Program
4. Accept and consider of public input making adjustments to the Town of New Paltz implementation plan for the Stormwater Management Program.
