Planning Board
The Planning Board reviews Site Plan applications for new and existing structures and Subdivisions in the Town.
The Town Planning Board meetings are held at the Town of New Paltz Courthouse, 59 N Putt Corners Road. Meetings are held in person on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month at 7:00 PM. Those wishing to share their comments should attend in person, otherwise meetings are live-streamed and available for later viewing on the New Paltz Public Access YouTube Page.
