- Review and approval of the Municipal Lease Purchase Proposal for a 2022 Ford SUV Hybrid marked police unit through ROC Leasing LLC dba Real Lease. The lease term is as follows: One (1) payment of $7,000.00 due at document signing, followed by Four (4) annual payments of $15,078.23 each, beginning one year from closing. Current municipal rate is 5.95%

- Authorization to hire Jessie Sylvester as a per-diem employee at Recycling/ReUse at the rate of $20.80/hr.
