Review and approval of the Municipal Lease Purchase Proposal for a 2022 Ford SUV Hybrid marked police unit through ROC Leasing LLC dba Real Lease.  The lease term is as follows: One (1) payment of $7,000.00 due at document signing, followed by Four (4) annual payments of $15,078.23 each, beginning one year from closing. Current municipal rate is 5.95%
  7. Approval of the auction of 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility vehicle through the auction services utilized by the Town Highway Superintendent

    2. Authorization for Supervisor to sign the revised Consultant Agreement with Pace University for  Community Greenhouse Action Plan

    4. Authorization to hire Lawrence Maher for the full-time (40 hrs. p/w) position of  Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer I in the amount of $24.038/hr.
    5. Acceptance of resignation: Kris Klixner, Buildings & Grounds
    6. Authorization to hire Jessie Sylvester as a per-diem employee at Recycling/ReUse at the rate of $20.80/hr.
