2. Review recommendation of the NPPRRC: Any time an officer stops a civilian, they must provide the person with a business card containing their name and badge number and a clear reason for the stop (no “do you know why I pulled you over?”) allowed.
3. Review recommendation of the NPPRRC: A discipline matrix be created for the NPPD within the next six months which includes penalties for unauthorized use of force and failure to utilize body cameras.
4. Review and discussion newly issued policy 140.0 Personnel File FOIL Request.  Policy issued to address the repeal of Article 50-a and the New York State Civil Rights Law and provides guidance on how requests are processed.
5. Review and discussion of revised policy 50.2 Electronic Recording of Interviews and Interrogations.  Policy revised with updated definitions, municipal training council updates and the interview of juveniles.
6. Review and discuss the Citizens Police Academy Curriculum
7. Review and referral to the Town Board for approval, the hiring of Meghan E.  Miller as part-time dispatcher.
