The counties of Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster are currently evaluating the effectiveness of current regional transit services operating in the three communities. The Connect Mid-Hudson Transit Study is a joint effort to assess the overall mobility needs of the three counties and identify possible coordination opportunities that could enhance regional transit service and efficiencies through shared resources.
