Community Center Closings

The Community Center follows New Paltz Schools closings due to weather and emergencies. When the schools are delayed in the morning, all AM classes/events at the Community Center are cancelled. School closings due to weather and emergencies cancel all activities at the Community Center, early school dismissals also cancel activities at the Center. Please check this site or call (255-2512) if schools are closed due to a school holiday, the town does not follow all school holiday closings. Community Center will be closed January 18, 2016.

Sports & Recreation Park , Winter Activities

There is no skating on the park pond at this time!

Sledding in and around the pond area is also available as well as cross country skiing, there are no groomed trails but the public is wecome to ski in park areas off of the access road and parking lots.The Dog Park will remain open during the Winter. The Sports & Recreation Park is located on Libertyville Rd across from the Ulster County Fairgrounds.                                                                                      

Adult Pickleball Sessions will continue to be offered at Duzine School on Fridays, 6-8pm. Please follow the school schedule for cancellations, there are no sessions when school is closed. Pickleball is offered free of charge.
