NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN MEETING WILL BE HELD BY THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ PLANNING BOARD, TOWN OF NEW PALTZ, COUNTY OF ULSTER AT THE TOWN HALL, 52 CLEARWATER ROAD ON:

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING

APPLICATION OF:  TRANS HUDSON/CVS

Members of the Board favoring a positive determination were in the majority to meet and prepare a draft EAF Part 3 setting forth the reasoned elaboration required for that determination for action by the Board.
