NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD

BY THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ PLANNING BOARD, TOWN OF NEW PALTZ, COUNTY OF ULSTER

AT THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ COURT HOUSE, 59 N. PUTT CORNERS ROAD, NEW PALTZ, NY 12561

DATE:  February 12, 2024

 TIME:  7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING

APPLICATION OF: PB22-423:  Mohonk Preserve:  Brook Farmhouse Rehab, Site Plan/Wetlands Permit, S-B-L 86.1-1-40.121, Lenape Lane/Butterville Road. The Mohonk Preserve is proposing to relocate its Conservation Programs (Conservation Science and Land Protection) and provide space for youth nature education programs operated by the Preserve by renovating the existing Brook Farmhouse on Lenape Lane in the Mohonk Preserve Foothills.

The application and supporting documents are available on the Planning Board’s webpage on the Town’s website and in the Planning Board office for review by the public.  At 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the public hearing will be opened and the Planning Board will accept comments from all interested members of the public.  The public hearing may be closed or continued at the Planning Board’s discretion.

The Town of New Paltz will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
