Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Town of New Paltz Zoning Board of Appeals,
Town of New Paltz, County of Ulster at the Town of New Paltz Courthouse, 50 N. Putt Corners Rd., New Paltz, NY 12561
On March 20, 2023 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter(s) can be heard
For the purposes of considering the following:
- ZB23-067, Joseph Portuese, Use Variance Application in the B-2 District, 235 Main Street, SBL 86.8-4-18: the applicant is requesting two units in the primary building become residential apartment.
- ZB23-066, GTY Leasing/CPD Group, Area Variance Application in the GB District, 409 Main Street, SBL 86.12-5-5: the applicant is requesting two additional signs be added to the site's canopy.
- ZB23-016, Bimbo Bakeries, USA, Area Variance Application in the I1 District, 27 N. Putt Corners, SBL 86.8-5-13: the applicant proposes to add additional loading docks on N. Putt Corners frontage.
- ZB23-017, Bimbo Bakeries, USA, Area Variance Application in the I1 District, 27 N. Putt Corners, SBL 86.8-5-13: the applicant proposes to remove pre-existing, non-conforming loading docks and add loading docks fronting HW DuBois Drive.
- ZB23-077, Bimbo Bakeries, USA, Area Variance Application in the I1 District, 27 N. Putt Corners, SBL 86.8-5-13: the applicant proposes to add parking spaces within the required front yard.
- ZB23-078, Bimbo Bakeries, USA, Area Variance Application in the I1 District, 27 N. Putt Corners, SBL 86.8-5-13: the applicant proposes to add a permanent dumpster pad and enclosure with the front yard on HW DuBois Drive.
The applications and supporting documents are available to view by the public by clicking on the embedded links above (in blue font) and in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals' office at the Town's offices at 52 Clearwater Road, New Paltz, NY.
At 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matters can be heard, each Public Hearing will be opened and the Zoning Board of Appeals will accept comments from all interested parties of the public in attendance. Public comments may also be submitted by Noon of March 20, 2023, to the Zoning Board of Appeals Secretary at: planzoneboard@townofnewpaltz.org, or USPS mailed to P.O. Box 550, New Paltz, NY 12561.
ALL PARTIES FOR OR AGAINST SAID SUBJECT WILL BE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD IN RESPECT TO THIS APPLICATION.
