Announcements

  1. All Town offices will be closed to the public on April 19th for Records Management Day
  2. There will be a Rabies Clinic for dogs and cats, held on Wednesday, Wednesday, May 15th from 4:00pm to 5:00pm at the Town Highway Garage, 52 Clearwater Road, New Paltz.  Vaccinations for rabies are $15.00 each and will be administered by Dr. Laurie Stein, the traveling veterinarian.  Heartworm medication is also available.  Rabies certificates will be presented at the completion of the vaccination.  These certificates are essential for licensing dogs where they reside, as required by NYS law.

    1. Approval of minutes: Town Board, April 4, 2024
  4. Authorization to accept Kendra Garrett’s resignation as part-time Dispatcher from the Police Department, effective April 24, 2024
  5. Authorization to approve the Walden Environmental Engineering services agreement for MSF Compliance Services, Project #TONP2401 for the estimated cost of $11,000.00
  6. Authorization to approve the tuition reimbursement for New Paltz Youth Program employee, Sophie Torres in the amount of $6,480.00
  7. Authorization to approve the Walden Environmental Engineering proposal for them to assist with the Compost Facility improvements, in the amount of $45,000.00
  8. Authorization to approve issuing a credit to Cathy Koshak’s account in the amount of $1.72 for a late fee on a water bill, due to change in ownership of her house
  9. Authorization to approve the Memorandum of Agreement with the United Public Service Employees Union – allowing employees of the Public Works Department, including Buildings and Grounds, and recycling, to donate sick time to those employees that are incapacitated from an illness or injury
  10. Authorization to approve the April Warrant in the amount of $981,406.76
