1. Introduction

Present: Rich Whitney, Robert Ferri, Ted Nitza, Kenji Tierney

• Meeting called to order: 7:25pm
• Ted motions to accept minutes. Rob seconds. 

1. Planning Board Meeting Assistance (An EnCB Member Attends)

• July 10^th- Rob can attend

1. Town Projects under Review by the Planning Board

• 350 North Ohioville public comment remains open until July 10^th planning board meeting

1. Other Groups of Interest to the EnCB

• Ulster County Environmental Management Council Meeting
  • Did not meet quorum
  • Open Space Institute provided information to board
• Survey for Hazard Mitigation Plan- Supervisor Neil Bettez was present for New Paltz
• Zoning ordinance for electric vehicles in New Paltz- Rob to present at July 10^th Planning Board meeting
• Ted- Village Update
  • Did not meet quorum
  • Cat cafe is still planned to go ahead
  • Still looking for 1 new member and high school student member

1. New Business

• Storm Water Training webinar rebroadcast of eight speakers on July 11^th and 12^th from 8am – 12pm
