Congressman Pat Ryan, has launched his Constituent Advocacy Resources Empowerment Services (C.A.R.E.S.) Van.
This Van provides congressional services to constituents throughout the district.

The Van will be visiting the New Paltz Town Hall on September 27th from 1:30pm-2:30pm.
