Pet carriers available for families in need at NP Recycling Center

The Town of New Paltz Recycling Center and Ulster County's Animal Response Team (UCART) announce the availability of extra pet carriers for families with companion animals in need of a carrier for each pet. Carriers are being made available at the Recycling Center during normal hours of operation, Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm. All carriers and crates are donated to the Recycling Center and given out free of charge to those who need them, no questions asked. Preference will be given to residents of the Village and Town of New Paltz. Donations of hard-sided carriers in excellent working condition will be accepted by the Recycling Center. No soft-sided pet carriers, please.
