REGISTRATION EXTENSION - 4th Annual Halloween/Harvest Window Painting

Hello, folks! We are extending the deadline for registration to close of business on Wednesday, October 4^th so we have enough time to assign participants to their particular storefront and they have enough time to sketch out a draft of their window design for review.
