Story Wisdom Circle

Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Dates: Wednesdays - 2/17, 2/24, 3/3 & 3/1

A Story Wisdom Circle provides a creative, safe atmosphere to explore the symbols, metaphors, and teachings contained within a variety of stories selected specifically for self-discovery, resilience, and personal transformation. Each session is a unique blend of storytelling, music and song, creative expression, and guided group discussion that builds upon the previous session(s). Individuals may sample the first session in order to decide if they will continue. For the sake of group confidentiality and relationship building, registration closes once the program begins.

Phoenix Kawamoto has been utilizing the power of story for 30+ years within their work with youth and adults of all ages. This free four-session program will take place via Zoom and is being offered as part of the Town of New Paltz’s Thriving Together initiative.
