LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BY THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ PLANNING BOARD, TOWN OF NEW PALTZ, COUNTY OF ULSTER, AT THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ COURT HOUSE, 59 N. PUTT CORNERS ROAD, NEW PALTZ, NY 12561

DATE: June 12, 2023

TIME:  7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING:

APPLICATION OF:  PB22-67- 350 N. Ohioville LLC – Lot Line Revision/Subdivision, 331 and 350 N. Ohioville Road, SBL 79.3-4-38 & 79.3-4-39. Total site area of 40.30 acres.  The applicant proposes to do a lot line revision of one parcel to decrease size from 9.94 to 6.56 acres and subdivide the remaining lands into (4) additional lots.  The application and supporting documents are available in the Planning Board office for review by the public or on the Town’s website.  At 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the public hearing will be opened and the Planning Board will accept comments from all interested members of the public.  The public hearing may be closed or continued at the Planning Board discretion.

The Town of New Paltz will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
