NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BY THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ PLANNING BOARD, TOWN OF NEW PALTZ, COUNTY OF ULSTER AT THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ COURT HOUSE, 59 N. PUTT CORNERS ROAD, NEW PALTZ, NY 12561

DATE: May 30, 2024                  

TIME:  7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING:

APPLICATION OF: PB24-024, Jeffrey Arliss Wetland Permit Application, 44 Rocky Hill Road, SBL 78.16-3-17.121 and 78.16-3-18.211. This application is in response to the Town’s discovery of two ponds created by the owner whereby wetland areas were disturbed.  The wetlands have been delineated and a mitigation plan has been submitted.  The application and supporting documents are available in the Planning Board office for review by the public or online on the Town’s website.  At 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the public hearing will be opened and the Planning Board will accept comments from all interested members of the public.  The public hearing may be closed or continued at the Planning Board discretion.

The Town of New Paltz will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
