NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD

BY THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ PLANNING BOARD , TOWN OF

NEW PALTZ, COUNTY OF ULSTER via IN PERSON/ZOOM ON:

 

DATE:            August 22nd, 2022


TIME:             7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.

 

LOCATION:  VIA ZOOM and/or Town of New Paltz Courthouse, 59 N. Putt Corners Rd.

 

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION OF:

Applicant proposes a 2-lot subdivision of 2.08 acre parcel of land located on the westerly side of DuBois Rd. Proposed Lot #1 will be +/- 1.02 acres, containing existing single family residence, and attached garage. Proposed Lot #2 will be +/- 1.06 acres, currently vacant land, with a proposed home, well, and septic and will require approval from New Paltz Highway Superintendent for driveway and Ulster County Department of Health for septic.

At 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the public hearing will be opened and the Planning Board  will accept comments from all interested members of the public. The public hearing may be closed or continued at the Planning Board’s discretion.
