FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING 

APPLICATION OF PB21-177: Village of New Paltz for a SUBDIVISION at 200 Mountain Rest Road. This is an application to move a lot line between properties owned by Mohonk and Town of New Paltz to move 2.4 acres from Mohonk (78.3-1-30) to the Town (78-3.1-7) to facilitate expansion of Village of New Paltz municipal water facilities by the addition of four wells and required buffer area. Approximate limit of disturbance is 0.36 acres. The application and supporting documents are available on the Town website for viewing by the public. At 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the Public Hearing will be opened and the Planning Board will accept comments from all interested members of the public. The Public Hearing may be closed or continued at the Planning Board’s discretion. 

Public meetings have returned to being held in-person as well as being available via Zoom or YouTube. The public may attend the meeting at the New Paltz Community Center (3 Veterans Drive, New Paltz, NY 12561) or via Zoom/YouTube. A recording of the meeting will subsequently be made available on the Town’s YouTube channel. Public comments can be made during the hearing or e-mailed to planzoneboard@townofnewpaltz.org by 12 PM on July 26, 2021. 

ALL PARTIES FOR OR AGAINST SAID SUBJECT WILL BE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD IN RESPECT TO THIS APPLICATION.
