FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING 

APPLICATION OF PB21-351: Mr. Steven Chaikin for a SUBDIVISION at 443 S. Ohioville Road. Mr. Steven Chaikin and Ms. Barbara Leon are owners of a 9.03 acre parcel located at 443 S. Ohioville Road designated as Tax Parcel 94.2-2-42. They propose to convey 2.91 acres to be combined with lands of Interrante Family Irrevocable Trust, a 1.60 acre parcel having an address of 11 Meadow Road and designated as Tax Parcel 94.11-1-58. Each lot contains a single family dwelling and no new construction is proposed. The application and supporting documents are available on the Town website for viewing by the public. At 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the Public Hearing will be opened and the Planning Board will accept comments from all interested members of the public. The Public Hearing may be closed or continued at the Planning Board’s discretion. 

Public meetings have returned to being held entirely remotely via Zoom or YouTube. A recording of the meeting will subsequently be made available on the Town’s Public Access YouTube channel. Public comments can be made during the hearing or e-mailed to planzoneboard@townofnewpaltz.org by 12 PM on October 25, 2021.
