NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BY THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ

PLANNING BOARD, TOWN OF NEW PALTZ, COUNTY OF ULSTER AT THE TOWN

OF NEW PALTZ COURT HOUSE, 59 N. PUTT CORNERS ROAD, NEW PALTZ, NY 12561

DATE: September 28, 2023

 TIME:  7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING

APPLICATION OF: PB 23-269: Michael Cuddire, 15 Shivertown Road, Lot Line Revision/Subdivision. The applicant proposes to subdivide parcel (SBL 78.16-3-28.1) reducing his parcel from 2.39 acre to 1.88 acre.  The residual acreage of .51 acre would increase the neighboring parcel (SBL 78.16-3-28.2) to 1.56 acre.  The application and supporting documents are available in the Planning Board office and on the Town’s website for review by the public.  At 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the public hearing will be opened and the Planning Board will accept comments from all interested members of the public.  The public hearing may be closed or continued at the Planning Board discretion.

The Town of New Paltz will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
