LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD

BY THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, TOWN OF

NEW PALTZ, COUNTY OF ULSTER via IN PERSON/ZOOM ON:

DATE:            August 15th, 2022  

TIME:             7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING MATTER:

Appeal of Amy Frisch and Daniel Brown, 5 College Ave, from a decision of the Building Inspector to issue an "Order to Remedy Violation," dated June 9, 2022 for "Operation of a Professional Office" in an R-1 zoning district where such use is not permitted pursuant to Section 140-08, subdivision B of the Code of the Town of New Paltz.

The appeal and supporting  documents are available for public review on the Town of New Paltz website, Committees – Zoning Board – Current Items Under Review, found at http://www.townofnewpaltz.org.

At 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the public hearing will be opened and the Zoning Board of Appeals will accept comments from all interested members of the public. The public hearing may be closed or continued at the Zoning Board of Appeals’ discretion.
