NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD

BY THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, TOWN OF

NEW PALTZ, COUNTY OF ULSTER via IN PERSON/ZOOM ON:

 

DATE:            August 15th, 2022  


TIME:             7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.

 

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION OF:

 

Applicant: Megan and Julien Zusslin

Address: 128 Mountain Rest Rd.

SBL: 86.1-1-6

Zone: A-3

 

Applicant is requesting an area variance in order to construct a 6-foot fence in the front of their property which is against 140-32 of the Zoning Code: “Front Yard Lot Lines: No wall or fence (…) shall be greater than 4 feet in height”

 

The application and supporting documents are available for public review on the Town of New Paltz website, Committees – Zoning Board – Current Items Under Review, found at http://www.townofnewpaltz.org.

 

At 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the public hearing will be opened and the Zoning Board of Appeals will accept comments from all interested members of the public. The public hearing may be closed or continued at the Zoning Board of Appeals’ discretion.
