NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BY THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, TOWN OF NEW PALTZ, COUNTY OF ULSTER AT THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ COURT HOUSE, 59 N. PUTT CORNERS ROAD, NEW PALTZ, NY 12561

DATE: SEPTEMBER 18, 2023                 TIME:  7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING

APPLICATION OF: ZB23-382, Anna Pomykala, Area Variance, 156 Mountain Rest Road, SBL 78.3-1-29, Zoning District A-3.  The applicant proposes to erect a 6’ high vinyl front yard fence. The application and supporting documents are available in the ZBA office for review by the public and online at:  https://www.townofnewpaltz.org/zoning-board-of-appeals/pages/current-ite... At 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the public hearing will be opened and the Zoning Board of Appeals will accept comments from all interested members of the public.  The public hearing may be closed or continued at the Zoning Board of Appeals’ discretion.
