NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD

BY THE TOWN OF NEW PALTZ ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, TOWN OF

NEW PALTZ, COUNTY OF ULSTER via ZOOM ON:

TIME:             7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION OF:

ZBA 22-98

Melissa and Julong Yu, 180 DuBois Rd. New Paltz, NY 12561

Zoning District: R-1 SBL: 94.2-3-1

Applicant is requesting relief from the 50’ required rear yard setback for conforming lots in the R-1 Zoning district pursuant to 140-11 Density Control schedule. The proposed setback to the pool structure is 20’ from the rear line.

At 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the public hearing will be opened and the Zoning Board of Appeals will accept comments from all interested members of the public. The public hearing may be closed or continued at the Zoning Board of Appeals’ discretion.
