This will be a Town Board Meeting only, and is tentative based on completion of the IMA.

The IMA with the Village is a contract between the Town and the Village for the purposes of implementing a solution for the pending DEP water shutdown. The IMA is being finalized by the Town and Village attorneys. This document will be posted on receipt to the Supervisor's office.
