- PO Approval: R0000173, R0000174 R0000184 for a combined total of $15,245.85
- IT Request:. Approval to move all internet provided services, to and/or through, our current IT support company, MCSTech, in order to provide complete, uninterrupted, continuous service for the Town. At the recommendation of IT Support, reactivate all internet lines through Spectrum under the Town Franchise agreement.
- Escrow Authorization: ZBA 20-50; Homeland Towers in the amount of $4,000 with a replenishment threshold of $2,000
- Authorization to establish minimum monthly billing amount for water & sewer (change from quarterly)

- Bond resolution authorizing the issuance of up to $9,231,000 aggregate principal amount serial bonds of the Town of New Paltz, County of Ulster, State Of New York, pursuant to the local finance law, to provide supplemental funding for the construction of an alternate Town and Village Water Supply System in Water District No. 5.
