2. Route 299 Gateway Re-zoning

1. Acknowledge receipt of local law to amend zoning law and comprehensive plan amendment; review buildouts and NRI

2. Classify the action under SEQRA as a Type I action, declare lead agency status

3. Resolution to send completed packet to UC Planning Board, Town PB Town EnCB, bike-ped committee, and building department when ready

4. Set a public hearing on rezoning route 299 gateway districts and on Comprehensive Plan Amendment
