Route 299 Gateway Re-zoning
Acknowledge receipt of local law to amend zoning law and comprehensive plan amendment; review buildouts and NRI
Classify the action under SEQRA as a Type I action, declare lead agency status
Resolution to send completed packet to UC Planning Board, Town PB Town EnCB, bike-ped committee, and building department when ready
Set a public hearing on rezoning route 299 gateway districts and on Comprehensive Plan Amendment
Public hearing notices to be sent to: Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Historic Preservation Commission, Building Department and Clerks of adjacent municipalities.
