    2. The Town Board of New Paltz to approve the EnCB nomination of Rob Ferri serving as a representative on the County Environmental Management Council (EMC)
    3. Authorization to Pay Merritt Construction Inc Payment Application #7 in the amount of $280,274.99 for the Phase III Backup Water Supply
    4. Authorization to Pay Butler Construction Group, Inc, Pay Application # 4 in the amount of $117,325.00 for the Phase II Backup Water Supply
    5. Authorization to pay CBIZ Proposal for Annual Fixed Assets Maintenance in the amount of $1,950.00
    6. Approve the appointment of part-time Officers Caelan Marsh and Tiffany Claud to 90 day temporary full-time officers at the rate outlined in the collective bargaining agreement retroactive to October 1, 2022
    7. Budget Modifications
    8. Resolution establishing a capital reserve fund to finance a type of capital improvement or equipment – SSA Fund Sewer

    12. Approve the permanent appointment of Calvin Halstead and Channon James to the rank of Sergeant as outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.  Calvin Halstead’s appointment effective October 13, 2022 and Channon James’ appointment effective October 18, 2022
  2. 2023 Town Budget Discussion; set Public Hearing for November 3, 2022 at 7:00pm
  3. October Warrant for $2,851,823.81
