    2. Establishment of Escrow PB 23-006 Hudson Valley Chiropractors/Robert Cohn 1 Mare’s Trail Wetland Permit, in the amount of $2,500.00, with a replenishment of $625.00
    3. Establishment of Escrow PB 23-010 GTY Leasing/CPD Group 409 Main Street, site plan change/sign application, in the amount of $2,000.00, with a replenishment of $500.00
    4. Appoint Michael Henry to the Bicycle Pedestrian Committee
    5. Appoint Kate Pinyavan to the Bicycle Pedestrian Committee
  4. Accept the resignation of Amanda Gotto from the Town of New Paltz Planning Board, effective January 31, 2023
  5. Authorization for the Highway Department to purchase a PC and fleet maintenance program for their fleet of trucks and equipment for the Highway Fleet Project, a total of $3,958.00 to come out of the Highway Budget
  6. Approval of 2022 Budget Modifications
  7. Authorization for Supervisor Bettez to sign the agreement allowing H2O Innovation (previously Environmental Consultants) to continue entering the DMRS
