    3. Establishment of Escrow PB 23-010 GTY Leasing/CPD Group 409 Main Street, site plan change/sign application, in the amount of $2,000.00, with a replenishment of $500.00
    4. Appoint Michael Henry to the Bicycle Pedestrian Committee
