    1. Approval of Minutes: March 2, 2023
    2. Establishment of Escrow PB 23-068, 381-383 Springtown Road Site Plan at 387 Springtown Road, in the amount of $2,500.00, with a replenishment of $625.00
  2. Approve the Community Center’s addendum request to 2023 rates
  3. Approval of the Cooperative Agreement from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2026, between the Ulster Sheriff’s Office and various police agencies in the County of Ulster, to cooperate and act collectively as an emergency response team, referred to as the Ulster County Emergency Response Team (“UCERT”)
  4. Authorization for the Recreation Department to not renew the Food Vendor Contract with Maria Mach and the Town.  Instead, they will ask the Boy Scouts (under adult supervision) to be the Field of Dreams Concessionaire for the 2023 soccer season (they would only sell pre-packaged items)
  5. Authorization for the Recreation Department to use a food truck for concerts and other events at the Field of Dreams
  6. Authorization to approve the Community Project Funding grants for the Springtown Bridge
  7. Authorization to change the November 17, 2022 authorization for Digital E-Media for an additional $500 to be paid for the POS system installation.  The additional funds are to be used to pay for the following items that needed to be added to the project as previously stated:
    1. All in One computer changed out for a high-performance unit for added touchscreens later
    2. Touchscreen monitor added with MSR reader
    3. Battery backup /surge protector
    4. Case of receipt paper
    5. Wireless handheld scanner
    6. Added warranty from HP
    7. Total amount of invoice 1104 is now $6,378.30
  8. Authorization for Supervisor Bettez to approve Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Conditional Authorization to Execute Electricity Supply Agreement with Joule Assets, Inc.
  9. Authorization to approve the No Parking Zones in the area around Gatehouse Road for the 2023 Rock The Ridge Fundraiser, on May 6th, 2023
  10. Approval to hire Ronald Weber as a “Seasonal Laborer” for Moriello Pool at $22.00/hour, with a start date of March 26th, 2023
  11. Authorization to hire Max Cottett as full-time Transfer Station Attendant at the Recycle Center at the rate outlined in the union contract.
  12. Authorization to approve Imperial Guitar’s request for a refund of the $7.04 penalty for a late payment
  13. Approval of 2022 Budget Modifications:
  14. Approve the March Warrant for $593,486.57
