    11. Approve and accept resignation of Elaina Beauchamp-Luyando as part-time dispatcher effective August 30, 2022
    12. Acceptance of resignation from full time position for Andrew Vlad effective 8/31/22, with a reassignment to part time position of up to 25 hours per week at his already established rate of pay effective 9/1/22

 

  1. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to engage Van DeWater & Van DeWater, LLP for legal services in Tax Certiorari matters and as counsel to the Town Assessor and to bring in Dan Baker, a licensed Appraiser to assist with SCARs.
  2. Acceptance of 2022 rate amendments for Community Center and Field of Dreams rentals
  3. Proposal for discussion -interested in making improvements and asked for proposal but its more than we can afford right now, I thought we would try to get some grant funding for it or maybe discuss with Jim about scaling it back
  4. Authorization for the Supervisor to sign MOA with PBA for former officer Carpinelli’s health insurance to reflect Dispatcher terms and conditions
  5. Authorization for the Supervisor to execute any necessary documents to enroll the Town in NYPA’s Blended Power program
  6. Authorization for the Supervisor to apply for up to $25,000.00 PCAHV Grant to enhance the Pollinator Program
  7. Authorization for Paul Colucci to begin construction for the WVRT Restoration Project on September 19th.
