- The Office of Community Wellness is excited to partner with Manny’s Art Supplies, the New Paltz Pride Coalition, and a number of local businesses to offer the 1st Annual Paint with Pride event – this exciting window painting event will take place on Thursday, May 30th from 4:00pm – 7:00pm, with a rain date of Friday, May 31st. to register visit the Town website and go to the Office of Community Wellness page.
- The Community Center rate charges will stay in effect until July 1st. 2024 – the new Recreation Director will be looking into this.

- Authorization to refund the remaining escrow balance of $1,587.50 due Project Expediters Consulting Co., 28 Station Street, Manalapan, NJ, for PB23-312 for Bank of America Renovation at 271 Main Street
- Authorization to establish a Planning Board escrow account in the amount of $500.00, with $150.00 replenishment for the site plan application of Maria Telmont, 150 Horsenden Road, PB24-057
- Authorization to approve Maron Bruntil as a Lifeguard with WSI at a rate of $18.00/hour with a start date of May 19, 2024 and end date of September 7, 2024. If she does not successfully complete her WSI (Water Safety Instructor) Class she will remain at the rate of $17.50/hour as approved at the May 2, 2024 Board Meeting
- Authorization to approve the Planning Board request for an extension to respond to the referral on BESS Law
- Authorization to approve hiring Kristine Tabasko as Assessor Clerk with a start date of June 17th, 2024, at her current rate of pay
- Authorization to pay DJ Heating & Air Conditioning Pay Application #6-Retainage in the amount of $4,440.00 for the Phase 3 Backup Water Supply
- Authorization to pay DJ Heating & Air Conditioning Pay Application #5 in the amount of $3,164.40 for the Phase 3 Backup Water Supply
- Authorization to approve the hiring of Amelia Capen as full-time Building Department Clerk, with an effective start date of May 28th, 2024, at the rate of $21.00 per hour
- Authorization to approve the Deputy Supervisor signing the 2024-2025 Fire Contract
- Authorization to go out to bid for Casing Pipe Verification Investigation for the Ohioville Sewer Project
- Approve the Police Commission’s recommendation to hire Tyler Pece as a provisional sergeant at the starting sergeant salary outlined in the collective bargaining and credit for time served as full-time civil service status of police officer for longevity and leave accrual purposes
- Authorization to approve the hiring of Thomas Housmann at the union rate of MEO in the Highway Department, with a start date of June 3rd, 2024 at the probationary rate set in the contract with UPSEU
- Authorization to approve that the Community Center rate charges will stay in effect until July 1st, 2024
- Authorization to approve the May Warrant in the amount of $699,284.31
