   4. Authorization to pay Butler Construction pay application #7 in the amount of $83,321.75 for the Phase III Backup Water Supply Project
   5. Authorization to pay CDE Electric pay application #5 in the amount of $84,786.55 for the Phase III Backup Water Supply Project
   6. Authorization to close and release the Planning Board escrow account #PB22-422; Matthew Aube 4 Julia Avenue New Paltz, NY.  The remaining balance of $1,406.13 will be returned to Matthew Aube, owner
   7. Authorization to close and release the Planning Board escrow account #PB22-103; Xoli Buna, LLC 64 N. Putt Corners Road New Paltz, NY.  The remaining balance of $3,530.50 will be returned to Xoli Buna, LLC
   8. Authorization for Jennifer Welles, Planning Board member, to participate in 2023 training through The New York Planning Federation (NYPF), four hours of training for $105.00
3. Authorization for the Recreation Committee to spend up to $21,000.00, with the cost of shipping around $2,202.00, to purchase a playground for the Field of Dreams from the Willy Goat Company
4. Approve a contingent offer of employment to a permanent position of full-time police officer with the New Paltz Police Department to Conrad J. Rosales and Yazmine S. Cabrera at the effective rate outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.  The contingent offer effective July 5, 2023
5. Continue discussion of solar at the landfill
6. Authorization for the Supervisor to send a letter to Ms. Trocard at the NYS Department of Transportation (DOT) informing them of the estimated cost increases
7. Close Public Hearing: Town of New Paltz to expend up to $3,600 of funds from the Community Preservation Reserve Fund to pay for the acquisition of parcel 86.14-2-1 in the Town of New Paltz
8. Approve June Warrant for $943,978.06
