f. Approval of lease of a Pitney Bowes DM125 Postage Meter for the Finance Office at 29.99 per month after a 2 month free trial, for a total cost of under $270 for 2020 to be expended from the Finance training budget

b. Authorization for the Supervisor to sign the necessary associated documents
c. Authorization of pre-pay to execute payment for Fifth Rider to Purchase Agreement

Authorization for Supervisor to sign letter to Planning Board requesting sidewalk waiver for Project #19-51, New Paltz Storage LLC, in exchange for payment in the amount of $10,000.00, to be used expressly for the purposes of the town’s obligations under its matching funds responsibility associated with the Henry W DuBois Road Improvement TAP-CMAQ grant.
