Balancing of Public Interest Test
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of New Paltz, New York, will consider Ulster County’s request for a grant of immunity from the Town Code under the Balancing of Public Interest Test under the Monroe Balancing of Public Interest Test Regarding Ulster County’s Proposal to Construct a Government Operations Center at Paradies Lane (Tax Map Parcels 86.12-5-12.320 and 86.12-5-310) in the Town of New Paltz.
NOW, THEREFORE, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held on the 16th day of February, 2023, at 7:00 o’clock p.m. at Town Courthouse, 59 N. Putt Corners Road, by phone (dial in +1 929 205 6099, Meeting ID: 836 6723 4905, Passcode: 883506), and online https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83667234905?pwd=MVRkSDJPczREN0ZRblMxRlJ0ZldVQT09, all persons interested therein shall be heard. The hearing may be closed on that date or adjourned to another date, as the Town Board deems appropriate.
