Approval to close PB# 19-272, Institute For Family Health escrow with no refund due

Authorization to fund Masters in Education courses for Andrew Vlad, NPYP as proscribed in the Town Employee Handbook

Authorization to dispose of all obsolete IT equipment including the equipment recently replaced in the Town-wide Computer Replacement Capital Project
