Amendment to Town of New Paltz Personnel & Discriminatory Harassment Policies Section I F (Categories of Employees) to read: Accrued benefits such as vacation, personal, or sick time for part-time employees is based upon the following formula: Under 20 hours: no entitlement; 20-29 hours: 60%; 30-39 hours: 90%
3. Amendment to Town of New Paltz Personnel & Discriminatory Harassment Policies Section G (Longevity) to read: After completing three (3) years of employment, full-time, non-union employees will receive $120 for each year completed on their anniversary date. At the start of the eleventh year (11^th) year of employment, employees will receive $150 for each year of service completed on their anniversary date. The maximum amount of longevity per employee will be $3,000. Effective 01/01/2021
