1. Consent Agenda:

            a. Authorization to release NP Youth Van funds for the payment of the vehicle in the amount of $34,832.65 payable to Beyer Ford.

            b. Authorization for a prepay for the final BAN payment in the amount of $15,626.75 for Water District No. 3.  Funding will be provided through a loan of $12,000 from Water District No. 1 and repaid through taxation of Water District 3, consistent with the already existing debt schedule, plus interest comparable to Water 1 interest earnings of its existing money market account.

 

2. Resolution to schedule a Public Hearing on proposed Local Law and Comprehensive Plan Amendment relating to the Route 299 Gateway rezoning

 

3. Executive session to discuss personnel
