  1. Executive session to discuss personnel
  2. Referral to Town Board: request to review the appointment of Tyler Pece to full-time police officer at the salary and benefits of an officer starting their 5th year as outlined in the collective bargaining agreement, effective August 8, 2021
  3. Review recommendation of the NPPRRC: Body and car cameras should be always running, unless there is a specific reason for them to be turned off (domestic violence victim, etc.)
  4. Review recommendation of the NPPRRC: Commendations are regularly shared with the Police Commission. Going forward, complaints will be shared as a matter of course as well
  5. Review and discussion of revised policy 47.1 Enforcement of Traffic Violations.  The policy was revised to include reflect the NPPRRC recommendation related to data collection as well as incorporate NPPD policies and procedures 125.0 In-Car Video Recording  System, 134.0 Body Worn Cameras and 137.0 Right to Know into the existing policy
  6. Referral to Town Board: approve the expenditure of $6,000.00 to purchase back-up storage for in-car and BWC camera video using seized asset funds
  7. Monthly Report
  8. Discussion: reinstatement of independent Police Commission
