Announcements Go out and support the New Paltz Youth Program’s 29^th Annual Haunted House Fundraiser Barbie’s Scream House – October 30^th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and October 31^st from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, suggested donation of $5.00, at 220 Main Street, suitable for children 10 and up.  All proceeds benefit the New Paltz Youth Program.Public Input* (see note above)

1. Consent Agenda
   1. Approval of Minutes: October 5^th, 2023
   2. Request authorization to pay Application #7 to CDE Electric in the amount of $27,204.75 for the Phase III Backup Water Supply less $1,973 for paperwork not submitted on PO #
2. Discussion of the proposed Citruccino LLC dispensary
3. Request authorization to modify the adopted 2023 budget for cost overruns as follows:

4. Authorization to purchase ring spotlight cams, solar, 3D motion detection, two-way talk with audio, and WiFi at a rate of $440.00, with installation and setup totaling $280, in a total amount of $720.00
5. Authorization for Supervisor to sign the Designation of Hearing Officer – Section 75 document in the Matter of Disciplinary Charges against Toby Kollbeck
6. Authorization to approve 15 Cherry Hill Road Water & Sewer Bill Request
7. Approve the use of up to $2,000.00 from the New Paltz Police Department seized asset account to pay for the registration and lodging of two (2) members to attend the Daigle Law Group Use of Force training November 28^th through the 30^th
8. Approval of Guardian Dental and Vision Rates for 2024
9. Authorization to add CDPHP as a Health Insurance Option to Employees for 2024
10. Budget discussion and authorization to designate the Town Board as lead agency and to set a public hearing on November 2^nd at 7 pm for budget hearing and a public hearing on November 2^nd at 7 pm for the Tax Cap override local law
11. Authorization to approve the amendment to the agreement between the City of New York and the Town of New Paltz, New York for the construction of a groundwater system DEL-420C
12. Approve the October Warrant in the amount of $11,340,670.01
