Announcements

  1. All Town Offices will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd, and Friday, November 24th in observance of  Thanksgiving
  2. All Town Offices will be closed to the public on Friday, December 8th for Records Management Day
  3. The 4th Annual Holiday Hoopla Parade and Winter Carnival is Saturday, December 9th on Huguenot Street – the parade kicks off from New Paltz Middle School at 12:00pm and the carnival takes place at Historic Huguenot Street, starting at 1:00pm.  Check the Town’s website for more information.

    1. Approval of Minutes: November 2nd, 2023
    2. Reappointment of Adele Ruger to the Board Assessment Review (BAR) for a new 5-year term to expire 9/30/28
    3. Establishment of Escrow for PB 23-469 Haza Bell NE Site Plan, 238 Main Street, in the amount of $6,000.00, with a replenishment of $2,000.00
    4. Closing of Escrow for PB22-329, James Rappa, Subdivision for 51 Horsenden Road, with a balance due applicant of $777.10.
    5. Request Authorization to Approve Masseo Landscape's Proposal for Moriello Park Exhausting the Tree Trust Account and Using ARPA Funding for the Rest in the Amount of $4,340
  2. Request adoption of a playground maintenance inspection schedule and safety signs for Town Playgrounds.
  3. Authorization to change the costs for CDPHP for 2024, and the cost for the MVP Family Plan for 2024, and the Town’s share of the deductible, the cost is as follows:

  2. Request Authorization to approve Marshall & Sterling Proposal 2024 at $223,658.16
