    2. Approval to pay Flipscreen LLC Invoice BL65 for Bobcat Telehandler TL619 for Recycle Compost Project, at a cost of $30,587.00
    3. Approval to pay Bobcat Company with trades for Recycle Composting Project at a cost of $95,391.77 with trade-ins of $21,900 for a final price of $73,491.00
    4. Approval of ASP Proposal for Recycle Compost Operations at a cost of $10,245.00
  2. Authorization for Supervisor Bettez to sign Joint Application Forms from the Department of Environmental Conservation for a proposed 30” long, 16” wide, and 30” high expanded metal enclosure to go around the wells being placed at Moriello Park

Resolution authorizing Harmony Hall P.I.L.O.T. agreement, determination of nonsignificance under S.E.Q.R.A., and Notice of Adoption.  Designating the Town Board lead agency to review environmental impacts with respect to an “agreement for payment in lieu of taxes” pursuant to Section 577 of the PHFL, which will have the effect of exempting from local and municipal taxes, other than assessments for local improvements, one hundred percent (100%) of the value of the Property located at and known as 52-53 South Manheim Boulevard, New Paltz, New York (Section 86.42, Block 7, Lot 14.100 with Harmony Hall Housing Development Fund
