    3. Approval to pay Bobcat Company with trades for Recycle Composting Project at a cost of $95,391.77 with trade-ins of $21,900 for a final price of $73,491.00
    4. Approval of ASP Proposal for Recycle Compost Operations at a cost of $10,245.00
