   1. Approval of Minutes: February 2, 2023
   2. Authorization to pay NYS DEC Saratoga Tree Nursery for Invoice, No. 17871 in the amount of $65.00 for pollinator plants along the EST and trees to plant in parks from the Tree Trust Fund
   3. Authorization to refund Mr. and Mrs. Basile their $400.00 rental registration, as the Rosemary Court address is their primary address, pursuant to the Code of the Town of New Paltz 110-2 E
4. Interview Planning Board Candidate, Lauren McPadden
5. Vote on appointing Adele Ruger for County Planning Board
6. Resolution, dated February 16, 2023, authorizing the Town Board of the Town of New Paltz, Ulster County, New York, to expend $9,000.00 of funds from the Police Department Vehicle Reserve Fund to pay towards the cost of a 2023 Ford Police SUV for the Police Department, subject to permissive referendum
7. Resolution, dated February 16, 2023, authorizing the Town Board of the Town of New Paltz, Ulster County, New York, to expend up to $7,055.00 of funds from the Police Department Computer Reserve Fund to pay for the warranty renewal of body-worn and car cameras for the Police Department, subject to permissive referendum
8. Authorization for a temporary loan from the A fund for $9,000.00 to guarantee the leased rate of 6.67% on the new Police vehicle lease through Real Lease.  The loan will be satisfied by the Police Vehicle Reserve at the completion of the 30 day permissive referendum.  In the event that the reserve is unable to be used for this purpose, the $9,000.00 encumbrance will remain under the Police budget for 2023.
9. Approve contingent offer of employment to a permanent position of police officer with the New Paltz Police Department to Caelan Marsh and Tiffany Claud at the effective rate outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.  The contingent offer effective February 19, 2023.
10. Approve the hiring of Emily Aldrich as a part-time dispatcher effective February 19, 2023 at the rate outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.
11. Approve February Warrant
12. Close public hearing and vote on resolution
