- Authorization to establish a Planning Board Escrow in the amount of $8,000.00 with $2,000.00 replishment for the subdivision application of Sharad Deedwaniya, 203 S. Ohioville Road, PB24-038
- Authorization to wave 30-day hold on Pasquale’s new liquor license application
- Authorization to refund the remaining escrow balance of $370.00 due to Jeffrey Arliss, 44 Rocky Hill Road, for PB22-206 Subdivision Application, which was withdrawn by the applicant on May 9, 2023
- Authorization to close Public Hearing to repeal Section 140-17, “Accessory Apartments” of Article III of Chapter 140, “Zoning” of the Code of the Town of New Paltz and to Replace It With A New Section 140-17, “Accessory Dwelling Units”, Local Law #1 of 2024

- Request Town Board Authorization to Pay Application #2 to AquaLogics in the Amount of $77,692.90 for the Phase III Backup Water Supply Project
- Authorization to approve the Building and Grounds Department’s purchase of a 2012 Ford F250 with a plow, sander, and a new utility body ($14,000 which was bought and installed in 2023 by the Highway Department). The old body from the F250 was auctioned off for $900.00 and the funds were placed in the Highway Equipment Reserve. The purchase of $30,000 will be funded by $26,400 B&G Truck Reserve and $3,600 by the B&G equipment budget line (1620.200)
- Authorization to approve the Highway Department’s purchase of a 2024 Chevy Crew Cab with a plow for a contract price of $74,302.78. The purchase will be funded with the $30,000 Building and Grounds sale money and a withdrawal from Highway Reserve of $44,32.78
- Authorization to move $7,500.00 from the Community Preservation Fund reserve to Miscellaneous Special Revenue
- Authorization to approve Avery Herring at the rate of $23.00 an hour as a Seasonal Laborer to replace Ron Weber with a start date of March 25, 2024, through June 30, 2024, up to no more than 220 hours
- Authorization to dispose of old cell phones, printers, non-working PC’s, and other related outdated equipment
- Authorization to have the Highway Department destroy old, outdated backup hard drives and properly dispose of them
- Authorization to approve the Building Department paying (as a pre-pay) $750.00 for Tom Tryon and Christian Kitchen to attend an upcoming Code Conference. The conference will be held at Novella’s of New Paltz on April 16, 17, 18, 2024 – the conference will provide the required twenty-four hours of continued education required by New York State for Code Enforcement Officials.
- Authorization to approve the execution of an agreement between the Town of New Paltz and Normann Staffing to allow the Building Department to retain a temporary employee via Normann Staffing until such time that a full-time Building Department Clerk can be hired from the Ulster County Civil Service list
- Request authorization to modify the adopted 2023 budget for cost overruns as follows:
- Authorization to Approve Sewer 6 Capital Fund Loan
- PLACEHOLDER: Authorization to collaborate with New Yorkers for Cool Refrigerant Management and Sustainable Hudson Valley on the Coolest Recycling Drive in May
- Authorization to approve the sale of 2 used police vehicles to SUNY Ulster Community College – selling 7F343 (2018 Ford Explorer SUV) for $11,000.00 and 7F342 (2017 Ford Taurus Sedan) for $8,500.00
- Authorization to approve the March Warrant in the amount of $1,447,329.04
