    4. Approval for the Recreation Committee to pursue a Field of Dreams playground purchase, by using the $25,000.00 balance of Parkland Funds
    5. Approval to install an electric hot water heater at the Youth Center – this will be installed by the Buildings and Grounds Department to delete the use of the oil burner for the sole purpose of hot water.  The cost should not exceed $900.00.  this will include the hot water unit, piping, and electric service
    6. Authorization to pay CDE Electric application #2 in the amount of $26,064.20 for the Phase III Backup Water Supply
    7. Authorization to pay Merritt Construction Application #8 in the amount of $35,54.37 for the Phase III Backup Water Supply
    8. Reuse Center flush and boiler replacement
    9. MVP Renewal Rates for 2023
    10. Authorization to establish a Miscellaneous Special Revenue account for Moriello Pool and to move the recent $5,000.00 Manifest donation for the pool to this fund
