1. Friday, September 22^nd, all Town Offices will be closed to the public for Records Management Day
2. Monday, September 25^th, Town Offices will be closed in observance of Yom Kippur
3. The Town & Village will be doing fall hydrant flushing of the water system Friday the 29^th during nighttime hours into early morning.  Residents may experience cloudy or brown water after or during this process and are directed to run their tap water until it's clear.

2. Authorization for Supervisor to sign the Memorandum Agreement between The Ulster County Sheriff and Local and State Law Enforcement Agencies
3. Authorization to hire Jennifer Matera as a full-time Court Clerk, with a start date of September 25^th, 2023
4. Consent Agenda
   1. Approval of Minutes: September 7^th, 2023
   2. Accept and approve the resignation of Chuck Bordino as Director of Parks and Recreation, effective January 1^st, 2024
   3. Approve the use of up to $4,100.00 from the New Paltz Police Department seized asset account to purchase two (2) 20’ Conex containers to release the existing structure at the NPPD firearms range and the bike storage shed
   4. Approve the use of up to $2,000.00 from the New Paltz Police Department seized asset account to register two (2) members to attend the Daigle Law Group Use of Force training November 28^th through the 30^th  
   5. Authorization to approve payment of $567.00 for The Saratoga Hilton, plus meals and mileage for Diane Lee while attending the 2023 NYSAA Fall Conference from October 3^rd to 6^th, 2023
   6. Authorization for the Highway Department to purchase, from the 2023 budget, a Land Pride angle broom at a cost of $8,190.00
   7. Authorization to add A-1 Portable Toilets to our pre-pay list
   8. Review the 3-month Rescue Squad Contract and discuss extending their contract
5. Dog Park Presentation – Cliff Rockmueller
6. Authorization to approve 28 Cherry Hill Road Water & Sewer Bill Request
7. Approve the September 2023 Warrant in the amount of $703,351.18
