    3. Authorization to purchase 6 chairs for the Courthouse from Petersen Furniture Int’l. for the amount of $1,178 to be paid with the capital project funds
    4. Authorization to change payment structure for backup Dog Control officer Kevin Hindman to be paid $100 per call plus standard mileage reimbursement
    5. Authorization for Supervisor to sign contract with PCM Communications, LLC (additional 25 pair plenum wiring at 59 N. Putt) in the amount of $3,164.89 to be paid with the capital project funds
    6. Approval to increase Diane Lee’s holiday pay to coincide with her temporary work hours
    7. Authorization for supervisor to sign agreement removing Central Hudson’s lighting from 25 Plattekill Ave.
    8. Authorization for the Supervisor to sign a contract with Toshiba for a 60 mo. lease for a new HP DJ T830 Large Format Scanner/Copier/Printer which includes the service contract

    10. Authorization to modify contract with TJE Cleaning Services to add additional cost of $600 per month for servicing 59 N. Putt building

 

2. Solar project on the landfill: assumption of SEQRA lead agency, acceptance and review of SEQRA full environmental assessment form, typing action as an unlisted action under SEQRA, adoption of a negative declaration pursuant to SEQRA; set public hearing for November 18, 2021

3. Water Bill: 11 Old Rt. 299; approval of application for refund of property taxes in the amount of $8,863.41

4. Discussion of Trans-Hudson water district extension and establishment of escrow in the amount of $5,000.00 with a replenishment level of $2,500. Authorization for the Supervisor to write to the Village asking for its consent to the extension of the water district and the sewer district extensions in the event that the town should determine to form such district extensions
